Reading Enrichment
At the primary level, Bremerton Rotary Club assists the Bremerton School District by helping to read and distribute books to kindergartners for their academic enrichment. We also give a new dictionary for each 3rd grader in the district to take home. In the last five years, we have handed out more than 1,900 dictionaries.

High School Scholarships
About a dozen scholarships are available annually for Bremerton High School seniors. These scholarships have helped many students to attend Olympic College or a four-year university of their choice.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
Each spring, we make it possible for several outstanding student leaders from the high school to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Assembly (RYLA) at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. There, they meet student leaders from around the state and participate in a mock government experience.

Foreign Exchange Program
Every year we send one Bremerton High School outbound student to a foreign country for the academic school year, and we host an inbound student from a foreign country at the same time. We also fund a one-month summer exchange program for outbound students. For more information, explore the following links:
